ABOUT TERMS OF SERVICE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

For all transactional and legal purposes, the seller Walking Architecture, subject to the laws of the United States, hereinafter referred to as "Walking Architecture." The transactions made through the website www.walking-architecture.com are governed by these Terms and Conditions and specifically by the provisions applicable to distance sales under the relevant U.S. laws. By conducting a transaction on the site, it is understood that you acknowledge and accept the Terms and Conditions described below. Likewise, any user visiting the site is understood to be aware of and accepting each one of the conditions in these Terms and Conditions. The term "Customers" refers to visitors to the site, potential buyers, and buyers.

DATA COLLECTION AND CUSTOMER REGISTRATION:

Walking Architecture operates the site, through which customers can purchase the products offered on the website, including, but not limited to, art, design and architectural merchandise. Customer registration on this site is essential to purchase products through it. To register, the customer must provide basic information, including personal information such as name, address, and phone number. By entering their data, the Customer declares in good faith that the information is accurate and up-to-date. Customer data will be handled in accordance with Walking Architecture's data processing policies, which are integrated into these Terms and Conditions. Registration and purchases on the site must be made by individuals of legal age in accordance with U.S. law. The information collected from customers is intended for registration on the site and, eventually, for purchasing the items offered on it. The collected information will be used for statistical and promotional purposes. If a customer decides to purchase any of the products offered through the site, it will be necessary to provide specific information, such as credit card details, billing address, phone number, and shipping address. For security reasons and to protect its customers, Walking Architecture reserves the right to request additional data to verify personal information and may temporarily or permanently refuse to process purchases made by customers whose information could not be confirmed or delete any previously accepted records without being obliged to communicate or explain the reasons for its decision, without the customer having the right to claim compensation for damages.

PROMOTIONS:

Customers expressly authorize Walking Architecture to send promotions to the registered email address in accordance with each customer's characteristics based on their purchases and visited links. Additionally, Customers agree to the terms and conditions of PayPal and their handling of personal data, which can be found at www.paypal.com, as they are the contracted payment platform. Customers may request the suspension of all promotional or advertising communications sent to their email by sending an email to walking.architecture01@gmail.com for this purpose.

USE OF COUPONS:

In the event of coupons, the use of discount coupons is not cumulative with other promotions or discounts, unless stated otherwise. Each coupon can be used only once per customer, and it can only be used by individuals over 18 years of age.

PROMOTION VALIDITY AND CONDITIONS:

The offers and/or promotions will have a communicated validity, or else it will be understood that the promotion extends until the inventory designated for that offer is finished. Promotions are not cumulative with other promotions or discounts, unless otherwise specified on the site.

PRODUCTS:

The essential features of each of the products sold through this website are graphically displayed for each of them. Please note that on occasion, the color or some other characteristics may vary.

PRICES:

You will find the price of each product, including all taxes and additional costs. The customer declares to understand and accept that the price of the products may change depending on the color or model chosen.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

Customers using the website www.walking-architecture.com acknowledge and accept that between the moment they select the product and the moment the transaction is actually accepted by the respective financial institution, the selected product may run out of stock. Therefore, Walking Architecture is authorized to return the transaction and refund the money paid for the sold-out product if this situation occurs. In such case, Walking Architecture will inform the customer within eight (8) business days following the purchase generation, without generating any liability for Walking Architecture or the right to request damages from the customer.

PRODUCT DELIVERY:

Walking Architecture will ship the product using the best company in accordance to the delivery site. The customer will receive a notification with the tracking number once the order is dispatched for tracking purposes. In the initial stage of the project, only domestic shipments will be made. Orders are only shipped on business days, which are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in the United States. All deliveries will be accompanied by a receipt. Due to logistical difficulties in delivering to certain remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel the order and/or apply additional terms and conditions to that order (including, but not limited to, the condition that each order reaches a minimum amount). Delivery periods are indicative and, therefore, are not considered as specific dates.

Once you've placed an order, you might no longer be able to edit the order details or cancel it. Please verify each one of the parameters carefully. If you have an issue with the shipment of your order, contact us within 20 days of the delivery or estimated delivery date. In some cases, you may need to reach out to the shipping carrier directly.

If carrier tracking indicates that a Product was lost in transit, you as customer may make a written claim for replacement of the lost product in compliance with our Return Policy. For Products lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. All such claims are subject to investigation and sole discretion. We cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes.

SHIPPING COST:

We are offering free shipping as a limited-time option. However, there are cities for which free shipping does not apply, and customers will have to pay for shipping. The cost of shipping to these cities will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the destination, weight, and volume of the package. This cost will be calculated in the checkout process and will be communicated to you at the time of order processing before you make payment.
